A set of 30 interactive tasks designed to trigger physical activity through fun and music-based exercises based on a child’s natural need for movement. Eurythmics activities include yoga, fitness training and relaxation exercises. By combining movement with sound stimuli, they improve motor coordination, help practice balance, strengthen the awareness of own body, and correct posture. The proposed physical exercises develop speed, reflexes and precision of movement, build fitness and endurance, and stretch muscles. In turn, meditation and breathing practice teaches relaxation, and calming down, reduces stress and increases focus.
