Planet Zzz (a set of educational applications) supports the formation of pro-health attitudes in children and young people. It fits into the assumptions of health education, teaching conscious care of one’s own physical, emotional and social needs. Activities combine practical knowledge with theory within 7 key areas: healthy eating, personal hygiene, physical activity, sleep, safety, emotions and relationships, and mindfulness exercises.
The applications have been tailored to two age groups: 3-9 and 10-15 years old, to meet the developmental needs of children and young people at different educational stages.
