They instill in them the curiosity of the world, encourage them to explore different areas of knowledge, and inspire and motivate. They apply the latest trends in education and shape them themselves. They use non-standard forms of work that improve engagement and learning through play. They introduce children to technology and multimedia, and help them develop the competences of the future.
Here they are – educators of the future, didactics specialists with passion, enthusiasts of the latest trends in education. They form the Knowla Program Board. They bring the ideas and are consultants and validators of the activities and exercises included in our applications. And they are constantly working on its continuous development. Get to know them.
Łukasz Gierek
About
Łukasz Gierek has been involved in IT education for years. He teaches computer science subjects in a technical school with commitment and passion, and he is an academic lecturer in higher education.
His competence as an educator in the field of new technologies is confirmed by the titles of MIEExpert Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, MIEFellow – Microsoft Innovative Educator Fellow and Skype Master Teacher. As a trainer and speaker, he lectures at conferences for teachers around the world: from Toronto, through Singapore and Helsinki to Vienna. A group of experts and practitioners gathered around the Broad Agreement on Digital Skills in Poland included him in the group of 100 people who made an outstanding contribution to the development of digital skills in Poland in 2019. He is an enthusiast of new technologies and has been instilling this passion in his students and listeners for years.
For Knowla, he co-creates, consults and validates the content and the mode of operation of the application, and creates ideas for activities developing programming, analytical, computational and cause-and-effect thinking competences.

Marta Zamośna is an experienced educator with many years of experience working with school children, including children with special educational, emotional, social, motor and cognitive needs.
She made pedagogy her vocation and passion. She graduated from pedagogical studies with a specialization in care and education, which she completed with a diploma in Pedagogical Therapy and another in Therapy and Education of People from the Autism Spectrum. She has been working as a school psychologist for many years. She conducts original corrective-compensatory classes and revalidation for children in the autism spectrum aged from kindergarten to secondary school. She is a therapist of hand and fine motor skills disorders of the 1st and 2nd degree. In addition to her professional work, she is also involved in the activities of sociotherapeutic centers and the Crisis Intervention Center. She works with children with ADHD, FAS, children from alcoholic families and children who have been harmed. She is a speaker at scholarly and training conferences. For Knowla , she co-creates, consults and validates activities in applications focusing on the special needs of children, including children suffering from psychomotor developmental deficits, attention and concentration disorders (ADHD, ADD), intellectual disability, learning disabilities, or in autism spectrum.
She creates and develops ideas for Knowla exercises for class therapy, special education, revalidation, corrective and compensatory classes.

She is fascinated with the observation and analysis of how the senses, brain and mind work, and in particular, with their modeling. Using her cognitive approach, she combines knowledge in philosophy, psychology, computer science, biology, information and communication theory, linguistics and ethics.
Her work is dedicated to neurophysiological cognitive and communication mechanisms and their linguistic determinants. She constructs and analyzes psychometric tools (test design, analysis of results, construction of test packages, examination of participants), and develops KEW tools for workshop evaluation. She has completed numerous courses and trainings, including one on conducting examinations with the Vienna Test System, eye-tracking research, and application UX design and research. She takes part in research projects, such as the Normalization of the Vienna Test System in cooperation with Schuhfried GmbH at the Test&Reaserch Center in the Laboratory of Reasoning Research Group at Adam Mickiewicz University. She conducts workshops and trainings. She takes both active and passive part in numerous scientific conferences. She is the author of many scholarly publications.
For Knowla, she co-creates, consults and validates content for the application. She develops methods of conducting exercise classes, adapts the material to the cognitive abilities of children, ensures the adequacy of the knowledge transferred, designs effective paths for acquiring new skills, develops evaluation methods, and ensures compliance with the core curriculum.
Ewa Czajka

Ewa Czajka is an education-related expert with very versatile interests and competencies that focus primarily on the area of working with children with special educational needs. A graduate of many courses and workshops on child development – the number and variety of credentials and certificates she has earned is truly impressive. She is a pedagogical therapist, diagnostician, certified specialist in sequential-simultaneous reading (Krakow School), TUS trainer, Warnke method specialist, and Shantal massage instructor for infants and adults.
Combining her education in the field – Ewa Czajka is a horticulturist with a PhD! – with competence in education has been successfully running for more than a dozen years a private proprietary integrated kindergarten with a natural-ecological profile, Nature Academy in Poznań, working with children with various disabilities.
In addition, he writes and publishes. She is the author of the book “Helpful Fairy Tales for Everyday Concerns” and the children’s book and guide for professionals “Tymek’s Autistic World.” Two more of her series of humor books for children are about to be published.
For Knowla, he co-designs and develops in-app exercises, adapting pathways for acquiring new skills to the different learning styles of children with deficits and disabilities. He reviews and validates activities on SEN planets and develops ideas for interesting lesson plans using the app.
